- Закон об урегулировании доходов 1993 г.: федеральный закон США, направленный на снижение бюджетного дефицита путем сокращения расходов и существенного повышения налогов (подписан президентом Б. Клинтоном в августе 1993 г.); закон включал добавление 4-го налогового разряда в 36% (к существующим в 15%, 28%, 31%), повышение налогов на бензин, социальное страхование, наследства, прибыль корпораций и др.; закон резко ограничил различного рода исключения и налоговые вычеты.
